Currently incubating another little "startup" idea and seeking to build a team of 3-4 people.  If you're a competent, 

bored or burned-out individual looking for a new and challenging project, and you're OK with working for equity and

ownership from the "ground up," please talk to me! (or send an email).  If interested, it's not like you'll have to quit

your day job or anything, although that could help.  Ability to write code and templates from scratch, familiarity with CMS,

knowledgeable about F/OSS and Linux/UNIX systems experience strongly preferred.
